Nikki is a registered dietitian and personal trainer at A Healthy Balance. When she isn’t working or working out, Nikki enjoys spending time with her yellow lab Roxy, family and friends, and experimenting in the kitchen.
Alicia is an ACSM certified personal trainer, RRCA Certified Running Coach and certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant at A Healthy Balance. Alicia enjoys running, reading, and indulging in trashy reality TV.
Both Alicia and Nikki love working with their clients, helping them to find their own healthy balance.
